This buys you entry to the programme and access to the source material from October 2017. It includes the 3 day event and the follow up personal team coaching sessions.
* Excludes VAT and does not cover the provision of printed workbooks for the event. These may be purchased separately for the cost of printing and shipping to the venue. However, in the interests of minimising costs it is advised that the material be downloaded onto personal computers and these brought with you to the event, or that you print and copy the workbook pages if required.
Accommodation and travel is also NOT included. You may choose to stay together in a villa or apartment, or in a hotel - from the functional to exclusive depending on your budget.
The 3-day event takes place overseas on the island of Tenerife in the Canary Islands. There are a number of reasons for this;
It is essential that your team are in a positive and upbeat frame of mind for the learning event and are 'mentally' away from the business - taking a trip to a sub-tropical island is helpful in this regard
As this is a bona fide educational and developmental training event it may be treated as such in the business, and while a trip to the sunshine island of Tenerife for the senior team may otherwise be perceived as an employee benefit, in this case it is simply a training course
November in the UK has little sunshine and much fog and rain. While the weather anywhere can never be guaranteed, the average temperatures at that time in the south of Tenerife are in the 20's and the days have considerably more sunlight than northern Europe. Sunlight has a neurological effect causing a person to 'feel' better than they might otherwise and is therefore helpful in supporting a positive approach tough issues around business and personal development
Airfares to Tenerife at this time of year are very reasonable and can compare favourably with peak rail fares in the UK without the need to be stuck in traffic jams or wedged on an overcrowded train
